Internal Cleaning

We use the traditional applicator and squeegee method with in-house purified water and microfibre cloths and shammies when cleaning windows inside. Shoe covers are always worn to protect your floors. We will use dust sheets when necessary to protect furnishings or carpets. We will only use appropriate step ladders or extendable poles for internal windows at height. Guaranteeing consistently high-quality results on every clean.

PPE is readily available for all team members and can be used at your request.

We will not enter a property unless the homeowner, resident, or someone over the age of 18 is present who has the authority to allow access. We would require this information prior to attending to ensure the clean can take place. We request that all valuables be removed from windowsills and that we have access available to each window.

Want to know who is entering your home? All team members are fully uniformed and wear ID badges so you can identify them. You can also request the names of the team members who will be attending. Full DBS checks are carried out for every team member to ensure your safety and security. CAS Window Cleaning also takes GDPR very seriously, which is why all cleaners are fully trained (CPD approved) and aware that any breaches regarding customers data or sensitive information will be taken very seriously.

All our cleaners have received health and safety training using accredited training providers and courses. They are also trained in providing excellent face-to-face customer services.
