Yes, you can. Just respond to your reminder text or email and we will arrange for the clean to be skipped. We ask that the schedule you choose is adhered to as closely as possible but of course, we are aware that circumstances arise where this is not possible.
Yes! We offer 4, 8, 12, and 16 weekly cleans in addition to an ad-hoc or “one off” service by appointment to suit all requirements.
When a clean is skipped, we will return in 4 weeks. Once we have achieved the clean, your chosen schedule will resume. We cannot change the dates of scheduled cleans as they are on a routed cycle, however we can reschedule ad-hoc, by appointment cleans as they have specified time slots.
We accept card payments at the door or over the phone, bank transfers, or automatic payments via GoCardless. All payment details can be found on our VAT receipts posted after each clean, our terms and conditions, and electronic invoices.
We quote the front and back of your property separately as often windows on the roadside require more frequent cleans than the back; therefore, if you are not home, we can clean the front only. We do ask that your chosen schedule should be adhered to as closely as possible.
Yes, you can. Just contact our office by phone or email and we will suspend your account so that no further cleans occur until we receive instruction from you to recommence the service.
Many of our customers choose this option, particularly if there is no outside back access.
Our team members are all full time, fully trained, PAYE employees. We run full DBS checks to guarantee the cleaners attending your property are trustworthy and offer excellent customers service. They are always fully uniformed and wear ID badges.
All keys are kept in a locked safe at our office. A specific code affixed to each key that
corresponds only to our system. Keys are signed in and out before after each clean.
We recommend that the roadside of a property is cleaned more regularly than the garden side. Roadside windows will become dirtier quicker. The busier the road, the more often they should be cleaned. Our recommendation would be a 4 or 8 weekly clean at the front of the property, with an alternating clean at the back or garden side of the property. There will of course, be exceptions as properties with tall trees surrounding it can get sap on the windows, or more spiderwebs and fly faeces.
Glass, sills and frames are included on every clean unless agreed otherwise, using our water-fed pole and inhouse purified water.
External cleans are offered on a regular schedule, while internal window cleans are offered via an appointment. This way, customers can book internal cleans as and when required.
No chemicals are used during our cleaning process.
We guarantee the protection of customers and their properties in many ways. Most of the windows we clean are with our feet on the ground, we will never clean from ladders. If a ladder must be used, it will only ever be for our team members to work from a flat roof no more than 15 feet high and only if there is a safe place to ladder up. We will never rest a ladder against glass, or guttering. All cleaners are full trained in health and safety and have undergone enhanced DBS checks. We are also fully insured so that customers can feel confident having our cleaners regularly attending their properties.
Yes, up to 55 feet from the ground or 5-6 floors.
Our typical method of cleaning will not remove hard water stains or anything inorganic, however, we may be able to complete a deep clean which would be confirmed upon completing an assessment.
Regular cleans take less time than cleans on a less frequent schedule. The longer time between cleans, the longer it will take to bring the windows, sills and frames up to standard. Additionally, the experience of each cleaner determines the time cleans can take. Our goal is a fantastic, finished product, sparkling windows and very satisfied customers, every time.
We only ask that we can access the windows safely, without obstruction.
No, as long as we can access your property, we can get the job done without anyone present, in a timely and safe manner.
We will not clean in high winds for the safety of our cleaners, customers and members of the public. We can clean and still guarantee our cleans in light rain, however work will be called off in particularly heavy rain or below freezing temperatures.
Yes, if we have the availability.
We can clean windows with bars from the outside. Cleans with screens would need to be accessed and cleaned from the inside. If we can see it, we can generally clean it.
