External Cleaning

Glass, sills, and frames are always cleaned as standard. Using water-fed poles, purified water, and soft bristle brushes; all dirt is agitated and thoroughly rinsed away. Windows are left wet and will dry quickly with a spotless, streak-free, sparkling finish. We will not use any harsh chemicals or work from ladders to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and members of the public. Windows at a height of up to 55ft can be cleaned safely from the ground; however, we will endeavour to ladder onto safe, flat roofs of up to 15 feet to clean windows we cannot see from the ground.

Upon attending the property to provide a quotation, we will complete a risk assessment and create a thorough description of the windows and doors which require cleaning. We will identify windows not suitable for the water-fed pole method and either use the traditional applicator and squeegee method or exclude the window(s) completely which will be reflected in the prices provided.

For regular cleans, we will send text and email reminders a minimum of 2 days before each clean to provide plenty of notice. If you want to have your full property cleaned but will often not be present to provide access, we can safely store keys to back or side gates in a locked safe in our office. Each key will have a specific code which corresponds only with our computer system and no address information is attached to the key(s) to ensure the utmost security of your property. CAS is fully insured and can provide risk assessments and method statements upon request.
